  • We will act as your Business Partner; working with both Human Resources and the Hiring Managers to drive the process to the desired result.

  • We reduce the risk of a bad hiring decision by making the effort to do things right the first time.

  • We consider research and telephone expenses to be part of the cost of doing business and we do NOT expect our clients to pay these.

  • In the case of a full search engagement, our fee is calculated solely on base salary, probable bonus and/or commissions expected to be earned the first year of employment.

  • We will clearly communicate the opportunity we are presenting to all candidates so that no misunderstandings occur.

  • We will clearly communicate both the strengths and weaknesses of the candidates we are presenting so that no time is wasted interviewing the wrong people.

  • We are committed to recruiting the right candidate - one that will be adding value to your bottom line for many years.

OUR GUARANTEE

Should the hired candidate voluntarily resign, or be discharged for cause within one year of his/her start date, Alden-Reeves Associates, Inc. will conduct a search to replace that person at no additional cost to you. This guarantee is in conjunction with retained searches only and does not apply to reductions in force, reorganizations, restructuring, etc.

Alden-Reeves Associates, Inc. values the relationships it builds with its clients. We strive to develop long-term partnerships and will never recruit from a client. A client is any company with whom we have done business in the previous 18 months.
